Unveiling Elegance
The Studley Royal Collection is inspired by the spirit of Yorkshire, reflecting my return to rural roots and the natural beauty that shaped my childhood. Growing up with Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Deer Park as my backyard, I was perpetually immersed in the wild landscapes of forests, hills, and serene sceneries that have always subconsciously inspired my work. Returning to this place with fresh eyes, I began to notice and rediscover both the grandeur and the land’s raw beauty and wild elegance—untamed, free, and confident, qualities that resonate within me too. You can take the girl out of Yorkshire, but you can’t take the Yorkshire out of the girl! Without even consciously deciding to create something new, this collection naturally began to take shape upon my return home.
In this collection, I’ve focused on incorporating the essence of nature itself, with majestic stag antlers inspiring the ring shanks and bold claws becoming integral design features. The rich colours of pheasant feathers and the deep, warm tones of the Yorkshire landscape are reflected in the ethically sourced sapphires. All pieces are in-house cast in fully recycled 14k yellow gold, underlining our commitment to sustainability. This collection celebrates Yorkshire’s countryside with its gentry charm and raw beauty, as well as its enduring place in my heart—a heartfelt homage to home and heritage.
A visceral expression of devotion, the Black Diamond Necklace is an ode to a love that is fierce and unapologetic. The Autumn Equinox marks the moment of perfect balance between light and dark, when the sun begins to dip lower and the world turns inward. This year’s Autumn Equinox Ring is, as always, hand-designed and cast by us in 100% recycled 14k yellow gold. Its organic fronds and spikey claws swirl around a truly extraordinary constellation of stones: a luminous 5.23ct white “unicorn” sapphire, a deep 1.42ct deep green sapphire, and a glowing 1.86ct yellow topaz, finished with a tiny champagne diamond to add a final autumn spark.
